The Consignment Table is a new World Fantasy Con feature designed to provide attending small press and independent authors who do not have an outlet in the Dealers Room a place to sell their books. (Authors with sales tables in the Dealers Room or Atrium are not eligible for this offering.) Con volunteers will handle all sales and tax requirements, freeing the authors to take full advantage of con programming. The table will be located in the Atrium, the open area on the fifth floor between the ballrooms and the small meeting rooms. The Atrium is a great place to get noticed, thanks to its large size and the skylights which keep the area bright.
Book consignments will be subject to the following rules:
- We will stock and sell up to 50 books total per consigner. However, each consigner will be limited to no more than five titles total.
- We will NOT accept restock during the convention.
- No books will be accepted via any means other than personal drop-off NOT EARLIER than Wednesday at NOON. Drop off location will be on the 5th floor of the hotel (there will be signage).
- We will not be able to store packing materials for you during the convention.

You must pick up your remaining books by Sunday 7 pm.
All books not picked up by SUNDAY AT 7 PM will be
considered a donation to BSFS for their book sale. - Proceeds from Consignment Table sales will be sent via PayPal or snail mailed check, your preference. We hope to send payments within a week after the end of the con.
- WFC will add Maryland Sales Tax to all prices and will remit it to the state under our Sales Tax Number.
- The Consignment fee is 10% of the price designated by the author or $1 per book whichever is greater.
