We want to make this as enjoyable, painless and profitable a show for you as possible. We will take payment for space online. We have a system that will allow you to fill out your bid/control sheet information in advance. We will accept images for the jury process online.
If you can't make the convention, we'd still love to exhibit your art.
Artists exhibiting at the World Fantasy Convention Art Show are selected by jury. Information about applying for consideration will be on the web site January 15, 2018.
All exhibiting artists must be either Attending or Supporting members of the convention.
Only work by artists exhibiting original art will be allowed in the Print Shop. Prints should appear in the Print Shop rather than the Art Show proper unless they are of a limited run of 100 or less.
If you have been an Artist Guest of Honor at a World Fantasy Convention or have won a World Fantasy Award for your art, or have exhibited in two of the last four World Fantasy Conventions (WFC 2014-2017) you are grandfathered into the Art Show.
Artists who do not fall into one of the above categories and wish to exhibit at the World Fantasy Convention Art Show are selected by a jury. Information about applying for consideration will be on the web site January 15, 2018.
All exhibited art must be of a fantasy or dark fantasy nature and of professional quality. Both two-dimensional and three-dimensional art will be accepted.
For Illuxcon 2018 artists, art transportation can be arranged from Illuxcon in Reading, PA, to WFC2108 by request. More details to follow.
